What prompted you to look for concierge/organising services?
I was in the process of launching Zurii, a new ethical and socially responsible jewellery business made by women in developing nations, and needed an extra pair of hands to assist with activating our communications strategy in order to meet our launch deadline.
Why did you choose to use The Concierge Collective?
The Concierge Collective came highly recommended from a friend who was already using the service. She suggested Adele and the team could be the perfect fit with the skill set and time frame I required.
What kind of solutions were you looking for?
Ideally I was looking for someone with a communications background who could take direction and initiative across multiple projects. In practice, this included loading content into our website, engaging followers through our social media channels and assisting with the creation of marketing collateral. Telling the story of our brand was also a key component. We work with underprivileged women who have incredible skills in making beaded jewellery from recycled paper, but who have little or no access to a marketplace to sell their goods. Zurii is the marketplace that brings these women together with those looking to buy beautiful pieces that also give back as part of the buying process. Natalie designed some excellent story cards that we send out with every purchase. They help our customers learn a little more about the women their purchase has helped to empower.
Did we deliver those solutions?
Yes, absolutely. Natalie meet every expectation I had, and then exceeded them. She delivered great value to the business and took an incredible amount of pressure off my shoulders during a very busy period.
How has engaging The Concierge Collective changed your lifestyle?
Witnessing the value Natalie added to the business in such a short time was a great wake up call for me. I had been holding into too much of the work and responsibility myself. That happens when you launch a business that is so incredibly close to your heart! I realised I was limiting the potential for immediate growth as I was one women with only 24 house in the day. As a result of the experience I have now hired a staff member to work within the business three days a week. This has released my time to work on high value tasks and focus on business development.
What has been the standout moment of our services to you?
Natalie’s knowledge of social media was a great asset and benefit to our business. She introduced us to a new audience base and ensured our profiles were effectively positioned. Having fresh eyes approach this part of the business added incredible value.
Would you recommend The Concierge Collective to others?
Yes. Absolutely.
