Q. What prompted you to look for concierge/organising services?
A. I moved to to establish an office for AMIST Super. I had no support staff and a busy workload taking me on the road and interstate frequently. I needed to buy time – from someone with initiative and the ability to join the dots. I did not want someone who would be helpful only if I told them step by step everything that needed doing.
Q. Why did you choose TCC?
A. I interviewed several concierge services – all sounded more than capable, but there was something about Adele that made me think “wow!” She struck me as professional, able to help me set up systems for a new office and she gave me the confidence that she wanted to know me as a client. She hasn’t let me down.
Q. What kind of solutions were you looking for?
A. I needed systems for my paper and email files as well as someone to help me deal with those ‘little things’ that make an office run smoothly. I wanted to be focusing on my clients and needed back up to help me get on with my job. I also needed someone who I could trust to deal with my clients and suppliers professionally and who would represent me and go into bat for me where needed.
Q. Did we deliver those solutions?
A. Yes! And on top of that, Adele often came up with ideas to make things better and could also come into my office, help me purge unnecessary clutter and leave again taking a weight off my shoulders. Having a clean, uncluttered desk and someone else with a to do list that I know will get done…well, this is such a great feeling!

A. The Concierge Collective has helped to reduce stress and make me look good!
Q. What has been the stand out moment of our service to you?
A. Setting up my filing system – colour coded files for my desk/fling cabinet and matching files for email/c drive.
