Q. What prompted you to look for concierge/organising services?
A. I first decided to use this service after we had been in our new house for a while. We had built quite a big study but we couldn’t use it as we had dumped a whole lot of stuff in there and never got around to putting it away. Paper was piling up and it was just a terrible mess. I called Adele and two lovely ladies came in and sorted the entire study out, created a colour coded filing system, filed every piece of paper (bit left a neat pile of unfilled papers they didn’t think we need, e.g. rates notices from our old house that were 4 years old!). I have been able to maintain that filing system for the last 10 years. I have since used TCC many times over the years and consider them to be part of my ‘team’.
Q. Why did you choose to use TCC?
A. I knew Adele, having worked with her professionally before she started the business, and I knew I would be able to count on her to get the job done in her then new venture.
Q. What kind of solutions were you looking for?
A. TCC has helped me with many different issues – the study, clearing our my son’s room, including clothes, books and toys that were no longer needed, clearing out my own wardrobe (which involved me being in my underwear a lot of the time trying on different outfits with Adele being firm and frank with me about what I should keep and get rid of, which I needed), setting up a pantry system which made a lot more sense than the way I had it set up. I have also called on them to help out with some issues for my elderly dad at his house which has been fantastic.
Q. Did we deliver those solutions?
A. Absolutely – each and every time.
Q. How has engaging TCC changed your lifestyle?
A. It is true what they say about organisation – it clears your head. All those ‘I should do this’ and ‘I should do that’ that keeps going on in my my head which I never have time for I now change to ‘I must call TCC to get that sorted.’
Q. What has been the stand out moment of our services to you?
A. There are two – coming home to an organised office and seeing the smile on my dad’s face the day they organised for some stairs to go in beside his very steep driveway.
