We recently interviewed Lesa Jackson, CFO of Keystone Private, after undertaking a large relocation for her and her family. This included items of furniture to multiple locations, organising trades for repairs, professional organising, rug cleaning and many more required services.
Q. Was there anything that prompted you to look for concierge or organising services?
A. My business partner & I run a private multi-family office and I thought a concierge service would be a natural extension of our service offering to our clients. I trialled Adele personally, initially on the organisation arm, in order for Adele to become our trusted concierge consultant. I’ve continued to use The Concierge Collective for almost every personal matter that needs arrangements now – from my weekly cleaners to the massive house move I had last month.
Q. What specific challenges did you have, and how was it impacting upon your lifestyle?
A. Working full time and having a child at school with after school activities, it was hard to make the time to re-organise spaces or arrange trades people at a time convenient for someone to be at home. Often finding reliable contractors is a hard job in itself. The most recent project Adele’s team did for me was arranging my move when I downsized my home. The move took a week with furniture going every which way. There is no way I could have physically completed the job in the timeframes involved, let alone have everything arranged so seamlessly. I even have lists prepared by the girls of what items ended up where! The end result was far above & beyond what I could have imagined possible in the short timeframe and so professionally done.
Q. Why did you choose The Concierge Collective over another service?
A. I interviewed two concierge consultants and the rapport I had with Adele, the attention to detail and the follow up far outweighed the other concierge company.
Q. Did we deliver the solutions you were looking for?
A. Absolutely. The organisation the team put into my new home this year was just fantastic. I walked in and everything was like a display home. The organisation was much more logical and so much more care was taken than if I had to rush and unpack myself.
Q. How has engaging The Concierge Collective changed your lifestyle?
A. I now have the same support I have at work but on a personal level. If I need a cleaner or a tradesperson or something re-organised I know I can just email or call Adele and it will happen quickly and seamlessly.
Q. What has been the standout moment of our services to you?
The absolute relief of walking into the new house and having all my clothes hung like a movie star’s wardrobe and the kitchen etc unpacked in the most logical manner. Louise also helped arrange the storage containers I needed and the ladies created manifests of where everything went. I think moving is a stressful time and Adele’s team just made the experience so stress free and easy!
Q. Would you recommend The Concierge Collective to others?
Absolutely. Having Concierge Collective is like having a second pair of hands or extra days in the week.
Q. Anything else you would like to add?
I want to again thank Adele and her wonderful team for the amazing couple of weeks we had in January with the house move.
