Q. What prompted you to look for concierge/organising services?
A. I realised that I had progressively overextended myself over the past eight years whilst been involved in the project management of the construction and/or renovation of several of our residential and investment properties. I really needed to rediscover peace and harmony in my home and personal life.
Q. Why did you choose to use TCC?
A. Adele Blair and TCC were referred to me by Natalie Morey of The Lifestyle Group in Melbourne, who look after our Melbourne townhouse.
Q. What kind of solutions were you looking for?
A. I required assistance in many areas, including cleaning, bookkeeping, home and office reorganisation.

A. The girls at TCC have been fantastic in recommending appropriate services and people for me, to suit my lifestyle and personality. They have assisted me to regain control in all the areas we discussed at our initial meeting, and so much more that we discovered along the way !
Q. How has engaging TCC changed your lifestyle?
A. I can’t imagine how I would have managed to get back on top without the assistance of TCC. My living spaces and home office are now more organised, providing me with the tranquility I need in my home environment. The ongoing support helps me to manage my time better and to be able to plan ahead for potential bumps along the way.
Q. What has been the standout moment of our services to you?
A. I would have to say the transformation of my dressing room was spectacular! I love all the little boxes and partitions, hangers, drawers , shelves etc. From office to kitchen, bedroom, laundry and garage, they have demonstrated a real versatility in what they can do. The girls are to be commended on their organisational abilities and friendly style. I now have a part-time PA and a bookkeeper. I have also enjoyed the assistance of cleaners, as well as a personal stylist for that special occasion, all through TCC. There have been numerous other ways in which the team have assisted me. No job is too big or small.

A. Definitely!
