Q. What prompted you to look for concierge/organising services?
​A. I saw The Concierge Collective ad in a local mag and I thought ‘what a great service offering’. After looking at your website I made the call as I really needed to get my house in order after renovating. I had all good intentions but was time poor. ​
Q. Why did you choose to use TCC?
A. ​The initial call was made due to your website. It looked professional and actually detailed exactly what I was looking for…and more. After speaking with Adele I was positive I was doing the right thing in getting TCC into my home. She recognized cost was a consideration and provided a plan which enabled me to feel at ease and work within my budget.
Q. What kind of solutions were you looking for?
A. ​Home Concierge. It was something have always believed I should do myself. Realistically, this is an area that I procrastinate and avoid. I always think that I should be spending time with my little one, working or doing other things.
Q. Did we deliver those solutions?
A. ​Natalie surpassed any and all of my expectations. I even found myself thinking of when you could visit next. I felt like a weight had been lifted and you made it seem easy, quick and I love it. ​
Q. How has engaging TCC changed your lifestyle?
​A. Relieved! I will be getting Natalie back. It has also made me more disciplined in my own home, I love the way my house is now organised. ​
Q. What has been the stand out moment of our services to you?
A. ​Before TCC I could not see the forest for the trees, every job was too big, even room by room. Natalie took an honest and open ​approach and just cleared all the clutter and now everything has a place and I have space.
Q. Would you recommend TCC to others?
​A. Absolutely, without hesitation. Once I overcame the ‘I should be doing this myself’ ​mindset, it was such a relief and I can now get on with other things. The team are professional, they listen and deliver above expectations.
