Belinda Brosnan is the director of HR Junction, a bespoke human resources company creating coaching, mentoring, training and leadership development programs that are tailored to solve performance and communication based issues in individuals, teams and organisations.

Q. Was there anything that prompted you to look for concierge or organising services?

A. Yes, I have my own executive coaching and human resources business focused on performance and culture, and at times when I am away travelling and facilitating, I need someone who has my back and can take care of my clients during those periods. Also – I needed help with my own personal things – the basics such as dry cleaning and organising my life in general! It makes such a difference to arrive home after a week of travel to know that life at home is organised!

Q. What specific challenges did you have, and how was it impacting upon your lifestyle?

A. The challenge is the little things that all add up to time. That for me, is precious! My time is best spent in my business rather than sorting out the day to day items that are so time consuming. But also sometimes my work can have extreme peaks! During those times its great to know I can make a call and I don’t have to spend hours explaining what I need. The Concierge Collective understand and deliver.

Q. Why did you choose The Concierge Collective over another service?

A. I already had a relationship with Adele, we were Business Chicks and also happened to eventually share an office together for a time!

Q. Did we deliver the solutions you were looking for?

A. Yes, absolutely!

Q. How has engaging The Concierge Collective changed your lifestyle?

A. It has made it possible for me to deliver and grow my business whilst also staying committed to my volunteer interests for The Hunger Project, with whom I travelled to Uganda with in 2014 to lead the Business Chicks & Leadership Immersion program.

Q. What has been the standout moment of our services to you?

A. Organising a charter flight off Fraser Island so I could get to Sydney after a last minute client request. It isn’t every day you get picked up off a beach in a small plane!

Q. Would you recommend The Concierge Collective to others?

Yes. They are always helpful and I have felt I could trust them to take care of some of my most important clients when I have been busy delivering my coaching or facilitating services. When I am with clients, they have my 100% attention, so sometimes I need to know there is someone there looking after the rest of my business during those times.
