Refunds and Returns

Thanks for shopping at The Concierge Collective.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or service, we’re here to help.

Gift Vouchers

You have 14 calendar days to return a Gift Voucher for a full refund, from the date you received it.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are not required to return unused Gift Vouchers, you must provide us with the reference of your voucher so that the service can be refunded and canceled within our system.

Concierge On Call or Lifestyle Assistant Services

No returns are offered on unused Concierge On Call or Lifestyle Assistant services.

If you are not satisfied with the service we have provided to you, please advise your Concierge or Lifestyle Assistant within 48 hours of the service, we will work together to find a solution.

If a solution cannot be agreed upon, a refund for the amount of time spent buy your Concierge on the project will be provided.  No refunds are offered for services provided by third party providers.
