What are service hours?
This means the number of hours available to you for our services each month, according to your plan selection. A service may be undertaken from our office, from your office, or it may be to run an errand or an onsite service, these are all included in your monthly service hours.
What if I need extra hours?
If the tasks you need completed within the month exceed the hours you have within your plan, any extra time we need will be charged at the rate applicable to your plan. These rates are always less than our regular By-the-Hour fee.
Who will do the work for me?
Your Personal Concierge will be allocated to you when you join us. However, the beauty of working with us is that we are a team, not a one-man-band. If your regular Personal Concierge is unavailable, don’t worry, your service will not be affected. One of our other team members will step in and work for you during their absence.
What does it mean to suspend my plan?
This is perfect if you are going on holiday or away for business and won’t require our service for a period of time. Some plans are able to be suspended for a month at a time.
What if I don't use all my hours?
Some plans allow you to roll over any unused hours to the next month for up to two months consecutively or separately.
What about the cost?
The question really is, what is YOUR time worth? You can keep trying to get everything done, but is the personal stress and anxiety worth it? Sometimes the only way to achieve your outcome is to outsource. See how much doing it yourself could really cost you.
Why can't a regular errand-runner do it?
An errand runner can do the tasks, but do you know who they are? Our team take the time to build a relationship with our clients – it’s a question of trust. It means that we can pre-empt your requirements and make quick decisions on any variables – this all saves you even more time. An errand runner can’t do that.
Why can't my PA do it?
Maybe, but chances are they don’t have the expertise or the connections you require to manage your tasks in a timely and affordable way. It is also likely that your PA looks after multiple people therefore in order to remain ‘fair’, personal tasks you ask them to do may be frowned upon by others in your group. Can't I just do it myself?
Probably, but more often than not it will cost your more time and more money than hiring an expert.
