Petrina is a mother of three and works four days a week in the PR department of a government tourism body. It’s a great job with a healthy salary and Petrina enjoys it very much.

Once or twice a month she’s required to make overnight trips to centres around Queensland. These trips are hard work, but she enjoys the nights in hotels and the break from caring for the kids.

Her ‘day off’ is rarely a day off as there are always jobs to do and appointments to keep. Life is busy and often Petrina wishes she could have a break from ‘driving the family bus’ and be a passenger for a while.

The kids attend private schools and their schedules are hectic. Home maintenance often falls behind as Petrina would prefer to spend her weekends with her kids rather than doing the housework and mowing the lawn.

It’s important to Petrina that she sees her girlfriends regularly as well as her extended family. She likes a laugh and an evening out and wants her kids to have a mum who’s relaxed, not stressed about things left undone.

In an average month, Petrina asks us to help with things like this:

• Finding an apartment on the Gold Coast for the Easter holidays.
• Booking the cat into a reputable cattery.
• Finding a great nanny to care for the kids during the holiday period she has to work.
• Shopping around for the best price on new tyres for the car.
• Organising a caterer for her mother’s 80^th birthday afternoon tea.
