Some of our clients actually feel bad about giving us their ‘annoying’ and ‘boring’ tasks on their to-do lists. To us, that sounds absolutely ridiculous. Not only is that what we’re here for, we actually love those tasks you think are boring and annoying!
Want to know why? Basically, we enjoy being of service to our clients. It takes a certain kind of personality and skill set to enjoy helping others to achieve goals in the most efficient manner.
We are always talking amongst ourselves in the office about why we think we have the best jobs ever, so we thought we’d share with you our top seven reasons!
1. We love to be the problem solver. Being the ‘go-to’ person to call when something goes wrong, is what we enjoy.
2. We love a challenge. There is no greater satisfaction than being able to solve the biggest or even smallest of problems for our clients.
3. We love that every day is different. From organising a garage sale, to shopping at Chanel, every hour of every day can be different.
4. We love seeing the reaction afterwards. The look on our clients face, or an email we receive, is priceless for us.
5. We have an incredible passion for the industry. There’s no question about it, we’re in this for the long haul, and we can’t wait to see what the next decade bring for the concierge industry in Australia (and globally!).
6. We love to be creative. And we think outside the box to meet our clients requests.
7. We love that we are flexible and lean. We are nimble enough to be able to adapt to every situation, at any time.
