She’s the dynamo business woman who this year alone has been featured (and won People’s choice) on Channel Ten’s Sharktank promotion with Optus and won Style Magazine’s Style + Substance. Adele and I met Sarah Pearce from Travelshoot a few months ago, and soon realised we shared the same values, and hopes for our clients – to give them back their time, so they could use it doing the things they enjoy most, like travel.
One thing led to another, and we decided to collaborate and give away a joint prize of a Travelshoot and one months worth of Personal Concierge services! (Enter here)
Travelshoot is all about connecting travellers with local photographers all around the world. So if you had all the time in the world, what would you do?
Maybe you would sail for a year around the Greek Islands, or build your dream home in the mountains. Read on to find out more about Travelshoot from Sarah, and what she would do with all the time in the world.
Q. What is Travelshoot?
Travelshoot is a service that connects people with photographers across the globe for incredible holiday photoshoots. Whether it be Sydney, London, Bali or New York – we have almost 30 destinations we cater for and have amazing local photographers in each city who know exactly where to get the best photos.
Q. Who can benefit from using your service?
Not only do time poor clients benefit from a Travelshoot, but anyone whether it be a couple or family are able to have a unique experience that takes only 1-2 hours and the result is extraordinary memories with everyone in the frame.
Q. We see a lot of similarities between your business and ours, because we aim to eliminate stress from the lives of our clients. How do you do this for your clients?
Travelshoot doesn’t eliminate the need for people to take their own photos. In the age of smartphones I think everyone enjoys taking more photos when they’re holidaying and exploring new locations. However we definitely help take the stress out of ensuring there’s at least a few photos that not only have everyone in the family in the frame, but the images are of professional standard – so they really showcase the memory of being in that city in a spectacular way.
Q. How do you ‘de-stress’ at the end of a long week?
Ignore my phone and email + wine + dinner with mates!
Q. The top tropical paradise getaway on your wish list?
Tour of the Greek islands over the European summer would be high on the wish list!
Q. What three things would you take with you to a deserted island?
If anything or anyone was possible, I’d take Amy Schumer (for laughs) unlimited Byron Bay cookies (for sustenance) and something to play music.
Q. What would YOU do if you had all the time in the world?
Travel with my husband and spend extended periods of time all about the globe to really experience new places!
